These terms apply to your use of the EduItalia website and to the guidance EduItalia provides. Please read them before using the website or submitting the profile evaluation form.
1. About EduItalia
EduItalia, run by Abbas Alloul (Founder & CEO) and based in Italy, provides independent education consultancy and guidance for international students interested in studying in Italy. EduItalia is not a university and operates independently from universities, scholarship providers and public authorities.
2. Services
Depending on what is agreed with each student, services may include:
- University application support
- Scholarship guidance
- Visa guidance
- Accommodation support
- Consulting and profile evaluation
- Italian language course arrangements through independent private teachers
- Post-arrival support
The free profile evaluation is an initial, non-binding review. It does not commit you to any service.
3. No guarantees
EduItalia provides guidance and support. EduItalia does not guarantee:
- university admission;
- scholarship awards;
- visa approval;
- accommodation availability;
- any specific academic or immigration outcome.
Final decisions are made by the relevant universities, scholarship providers, landlords/agencies, and government and immigration authorities. These decisions are outside EduItalia's control.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and authentic information and documents.
- Comply with all university, visa, immigration, scholarship and other applicable requirements and deadlines.
- Review anything submitted in your name, and tell us promptly about any change in your situation.
EduItalia is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete or non-authentic information or documents.
5. Third-party costs
University fees, application fees, government and visa fees, accommodation costs, language course fees and other third-party costs are separate from any EduItalia service and are paid by the student, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Specific payment, cancellation, refund, and service terms will be provided where applicable before any paid service is undertaken.
7. Website content
Information on this website is general guidance and may change. Requirements set by universities and authorities can change at any time, so always check official sources. Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and EduItalia is not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, EduItalia is not liable for decisions made by third parties or for indirect losses.
9. Privacy and governing law
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
